Born in Minsk, Belarus, in 1994, Aleksandra Dzenisenia is a brilliant graduate of the Académie supérieure de musique de Strasbourg, in the class of Luigi Gaggero. She has been pursuing a virtuoso career for several years on stages all over the world, performing regularly with internationally renowned performers and conductors such as Alan Gilbert, Sir Simon Rattle, Maxim Vengerov and Patricia Kopatchinskaja.

Last season, Aleksandra had the joy of reuniting with violinist Leila Josefowicz for Scheherazade.2 by John Adams in Antwerp (Belgium) and Taipei (Taiwan), after having performed it for audiences at ‘Les Arts’ in Valencia (Spain) and the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg. Aleksandra once again collaborated with John Adams for the creation of his opera Cleopatra & Anthony, under his direction, at the Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona. This season, she had the chance to work with the Berlin Konzerthausorchester under Johanna Malwitz on Zóltan Kodály’s Suite ‘Háry János’.
