It was Maurice Ohana who introduced me to the guitar and since then it has become indispensable. Quite recently, the mandolin has infiltrated my music almost surreptitiously and I have taken a liking to it.
Bik bat means “two-in-one” in Basque. This duet presents contrasts, connivances and oppositions between the guitar and the mandolin, characteristic of my musical universe.
