ethnomusicology and contemporary music at Tours, 37
• 2000> 2013 / Teaches music and Art History within the National Education and multiplies
innovative pedagogical experiments;
• 2005 / creation of the company Le Phare à Lucioles and the festival Sons Dessus de Sault;
• 2014 / resignation from the E.N to devote himself to the creation and composition;
• 2015 / creation of his composition WALDEN for the GMEM-CNCM of Marseille then for the Abbey
of Noirlac, the house of the comedian Maria Casarès and the Athénor center of St Nazaire,
ensembles C Barré and ARS NOVA;

• 2016 / Command of the Abbey of Royaumont for a new WALDEN, with Ars Nova set direction
Philippe Nahon;
• 2017 / Command of the National Scene of Gap, La Passerelle, around his new play MARCHER +
numerous projects of creation, production, diffusion and cultural action for the Foundation
Royaumont, the Festival of Lyric Art of Aix en Provence, the Festival of Chaillol ... Writing
residencies in Sweden and Morocco (French Institutes); Royaumont's new command of a piece
created by the ensemble l’Instant Donné;
• 2018 / Loïc Guénin is associate composer in residence at the Arsenal Cité Musicale de Metz.
